Availability: Please note all available booking times may not be displayed online. Virtual appointments are also available. Please call 519-212-3510 if you do not see a time that works for you. You can also add your name to our waitlist, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Effective March 1, 2025 rates for our in home physiotherapy assistant (PTA) sessions are increasing to $105/ session. PTA sessions are available for clients who would like 1:1 support and coaching for their rehab programs. Only clients who have been assessed by our physiotherapist and deemed appropriate for PTA sessions may book these sessions. Please reach out for more info

I have been working as a physiotherapist for almost 20 years. For the majority of that time I have worked in orthopedics. Most recently I am working as an advanced practice physiotherapist in the hip and knee arthritis assessment centre. I have taken many courses in manual therapy, acupuncture and advanced clinical reasoning over the years. Currently I am taking my advanced practice certification as well as pelvic health courses.

Physio at Hand is a mobile physiotherapy service that brings high quality private physiotherapy to where it’s most convenient for you. This may look different for each client. Some clients may wish to have treatment in the comfort of their own home, others in the convenience of their office, in a Wellness studio or clinic if appropriate and available or virtually from anywhere via Tele medicine.
