Our physiotherapist Heather is currently seeing clients who are post surgical (ie hip and knee replacement), post fracture and pelvic health.

Availability: Please note all available booking times may not be displayed online. Virtual appointments are also available. Please call 519-212-3510 if you do not see a time that works for you. You can also add your name to our waitlist, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Effective November 18, 2024 our pricing for in home physiotherapy services will be increasing- the initial assessment will be $175 and follow ups will be $150 for the Kitchener Waterloo area. If you are out of this area there will be a travel charge.

I have been working as a physiotherapist for almost 20 years. For the majority of that time I have worked in orthopedics. Most recently I am working as an advanced practice physiotherapist in the hip and knee arthritis assessment centre. I have taken many courses in manual therapy, acupuncture and advanced clinical reasoning over the years. Currently I am taking my advanced practice certification as well as pelvic health courses.

Physio at Hand is a mobile physiotherapy service that brings high quality private physiotherapy to where it’s most convenient for you. This may look different for each client. Some clients may wish to have treatment in the comfort of their own home, others in the convenience of their office, in a Wellness studio or clinic if appropriate and available or virtually from anywhere via Tele medicine.
